3. Cancellation Approval

If your cancellation request meets the above criteria and your order has not been processed, we will approve the cancellation.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
